1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

All the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. When you pay you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate. Please ask for it and check to ensure that everything you booked (flights, hotels and other services) is listed on it. Please see our booking conditions for further information or for more information about financial protection and the ATOL Certificate go to: www.caa.co.uk

Your Financial Protection. When you buy an ATOL protected flight or flight inclusive package from us you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This lists what is financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you and who to contact if things go wrong.”

We, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL Certificate, will provide you with the services listed on the ATOL Certificate (or a suitable alternative). In some cases, where neither we nor the supplier are able to do so for reasons of insolvency, an alternative ATOL holder may provide you with the services you have bought or a suitable alternative (at no extra cost to you). You agree to accept that in those circumstances the alternative ATOL holder will perform those obligations and you agree to pay any money outstanding to be paid by you under your contract to that alternative ATOL holder. However, you also agree that in some cases it will not be possible to appoint an alternative ATOL holder, in which case you will be entitled to make a claim under the ATOL scheme (or your credit card issuer where applicable).

If we, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL certificate, are unable to provide the services listed (or a suitable alternative, through an alternative ATOL holder or otherwise) for reasons of insolvency, the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust may make a payment to (or confer a benefit on) you under the ATOL scheme. You agree that in return for such a payment or benefit you assign absolutely to those Trustees any claims which you have or may have arising out of or relating to the non-provision of the services, including any claim against us, the travel agent (or your credit card issuer where applicable). You also agree that any such claims may be re-assigned to another body, if that other body has paid sums you have claimed under the ATOL scheme.

2. Our Services

BirdVoyage.co.uk acts as an online booking platform that provides users with access to flight booking services through a wide network of airline partners. All bookings are subject to availability and airline-specific terms.

3. User Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to ensure that all travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid for your destination and any transit points.

You must ensure that the names provided on the booking match the names on the passengers' passports. Name changes may not be permitted or may incur significant fees.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and updated personal and payment information.

You agree not to use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

You agree to abide by airline-specific policies including baggage rules, check-in times, and travel document requirements.

4. Booking Confirmation

Once a booking is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket and flight details. It is your responsibility to verify the information and contact our support team for any discrepancies.

5. Modifications & Cancellations

Flight changes, cancellations, or modifications are subject to the airline’s policy. BirdVoyage will assist in processing such requests, but we do not guarantee approval or refund amounts from airlines.

6. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are subject to change based on real-time availability.

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

We accept major debit/credit cards through secure payment gateways.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and design elements, is the property of BirdVoyage and may not be copied or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

BirdVoyage acts as an agent for third-party travel suppliers, such as airlines and hotels. We are not liable for any act, omission, or default on the part of these suppliers.

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for those services.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
